Weekend and a Wednesday Tour I

Vrystaat Toer

Die See – featuring Gil Hockman – on debut Free State tour

Pretoria – Die See has just released tour dates for its upcoming Free State tour and brings songs like the aptly named Vrystaat to central South Africa fans. Playing with veteran Gil Hockman, the band will perform at several Free State venues.

The band has been busy all over Gauteng and will bring a bit of “Die See” to a province with no ocean. In a review, the Mail & Guardian says Die See “offer a sepia-toned nostalgic take on nu-folk and alt-country that fans of Die Menere and Bill Callahan should enjoy”.

Final venues for some performances still need to be confirmed.
